Conditions of Use

Customers of Burnaby Radio Communications Ltd. accept the following conditions and terms:

Burnaby Radio accepts Visa and Mastercard payments for email orders. Please note that if you are using a credit card to purchase an item, your credit card billing address MUST be the same as your shipping address. There are no exceptions to this policy! In-store we also accept Interac, and good old cash.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice or obligation! We will notify customers if there is a price increase on any item ordered via email and we will not process your order until we receive confirmation that you agree with the pricing increase. We cannot be held responsible for errors or price increases. Please verify current pricing on ALL items when placing an order by phone.

All prices listed on burnabyradio.com are expressed in Canadian currency.

We do not charge you anything extra for using your credit card for a purchase when we are price matching our competitors price. and they are offering an item at a “cash or debit card discounted” price we also adopt their “cash discounted” pricing policy which translates to a higher price for payment via credit card. This is the ONLY time we will “cash discount” items.

Please contact us to discuss your return or exchange. A 15% restocking fee will apply to ALL returns and the returned item must be received in undamaged condition and include all original packaging, documentation, parts and warranty cards. Sorry, no refunds or exchanges are offered on special order items. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item is in unacceptable condition.

Some of our customers from other provinces do not take the time difference into consideration when calling the store. Our hours of business change seasonally. Please check our contact page for our current hours of business.

We accept orders at the regular phone and fax numbers as well as via e-mail (for security reasons never email your credit card number). If you are using the toll-free number to place an order be sure to have ready the part number of the item that you wish to order, your billing and payment information as well as your preferred shipping method as this number is ONLY for placing an order.

Please do not call the toll-free number requesting specifications, to check on an item that was shipped or to request a tracking number etc. If you need to check this information call (604) 298-5444.

Please call for a Return Authorization Number before sending any item to us for warranty work. We reserve the right to refuse any item shipped to us without an R/A number or if the item is shipped in an unacceptable condition. Please include a detailed note clearly describing the problem or concern with the defective item. Include your name, callsign, full address including postal code, daytime phone number and a copy of your receipt.
